Executive Chef. #1 kitchen in the region.
I ran the store's prepared foods department: catering, kitchen, online fulfillment, seven food-service stations. The kitchen reached #1 in the Northern California region.

Then I ran the food trucks at Google.
One permitted truck grew into the largest corporate mobile food program anywhere: 125 daily services across indoor food service, carts and trucks. I helped run the operation and the commissary, managed its construction, then moved to product to build the software that supported it.
